David J. Caracausa has been a real estate broker and developer since 1975. As the original founder of Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, Caracausa has become a benchmark in the industry with his outstanding performance. He has earned prestigious recognition with not only Coldwell Banker but also The National Association of Realtors, where he continually ranks in the top 100 agents in the country.
